Unlimited responses. On every plan. Including the free one.
Every plan collects unlimited responses on unlimited forms. What changes between tiers is seats, file storage, branding, your domain and how deep your results go.
The Payment field is available on every plan, including Free. On Free, Formlet retains a 5% platform commission on each payment collected; on Pro and Team the platform commission is zero. In every case you still pay your payment processor own standard rates - those are set by the processor and are not ours to waive.
Questions, answered plainly.
Can I really collect unlimited responses on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan - Free included - collects unlimited responses on unlimited forms, with no expiry and no throttle on a popular form. What changes between plans is seats, file storage, branding, custom domain and how deep your results go. The response count is never the thing we charge for.
What happens when my workspace hits its storage cap?
Only uploaded files count against storage; text answers never do. At the cap, new uploads are declined with a clear message to the respondent, while every existing file and answer stays intact and the form keeps collecting. Delete files or move up a plan and uploads resume immediately.
The full fair-use policy - byte caps, upload caps and egress - is written out in our Terms.
What exactly does the 5% commission apply to?
It applies to the payment amount collected through a Payment field on a Free-plan form, and to nothing else. It is not charged on subscriptions, and it is separate from the payment processor own standard rates, which you pay on every plan. On Pro and Team the platform commission is zero.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Yes, both. Changes and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and until then everything keeps working as normal. There is no call to book and no one to convince.
What happens to my forms if I downgrade?
They stay published and keep collecting responses. Paid-only features switch off, and storage above the new plan cap becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted because you paid less.
