Your free form stopped collecting answers.
Formlet never caps responses - on any plan, including Free. We gate features and storage instead, and we tell you exactly which ones.

Collecting responses
How did you hear about us?
Response 1,248 - no ceiling in sight.
A response cap is the one limit that breaks a form.
In February 2026, Typeform cut its Free plan to 10 responses per month. When the eleventh person opens your form, they do not see your questions - collection stops until the month turns over.
That is different from every other limit a tool can have. Storage caps, seat counts, branding - those inconvenience you. A response cap takes your form down while it is live, in front of real people, and you usually find out from the people you were collecting from.
Side by side.

What Formlet gates instead.
Free is genuinely free for collecting. What separates our plans is everything around the responses - never the responses themselves.
Seats
One seat on Free, more on the paid plans. The pricing page lists the exact count per plan.
File-upload allowance
Both the per-file size and the workspace storage rise with the plan. Text answers never count against storage.
Branding
Free forms carry a Powered by Formlet badge. Removing it is a paid-plan feature.
Custom domain
Serving forms from a domain you own is a paid-plan feature. Free forms live on our links.
Partial submissions
Seeing answers from people who did not finish is a paid-plan feature.
In-form payments
Free takes a 5% platform commission per payment. Paid plans take zero platform commission - your payment processor standard rates still apply.
Switching is an evening, not a project.
We will not pretend there is a magic import button. You rebuild the form - and with the builder, that is the fast part.
- 1
Rebuild it in the builder
Open your old form beside a new one and drag the questions in. Most forms take under ten minutes; the field set covers everything you are used to.
- 2
Publish and copy your new link
One click publishes. You get a short link, a QR code and an embed snippet - pick whichever the old form used.
- 3
Replace the link or embed wherever it lives
Swap it into your email signature, bio, site or event page. New responses land in Formlet from that moment - and they do not stop at ten.
Three plans, no asterisks.
